Website analytics
We use GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics service, to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. GoatCounter does not use cookies, does not track individuals across sites, and does not collect personal data. It records aggregate information such as the page visited, the referring site, browser type and country. No consent banner is required because nothing identifies you.
The contact form
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, organisation, email address and message you provide. This is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not added to any marketing list. Form submissions are processed by Netlify, our website host, and delivered to us. We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them.
Our free tools
The tools on this site, including the Clinical Correspondence Audit Tool, the GP Workforce & Funding Planner and the Social Care Capacity & Demand Tool, run entirely in your browser. Anything you type into them is saved on your own device only, using your browser's local storage. It is never transmitted to us or to anyone else. Clearing your browser data removes it.
What we do not do
No advertising or marketing cookies. No social media tracking pixels. No selling or sharing of personal data. No profiling.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal data, including access, correction and erasure. Email paul@amihc.co.uk and we will respond promptly. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
